Thor Krause has 27+ years on the tools across Australian construction, mining, and heavy industry. He didn't get into safety from behind a desk — he's done the work, run the sites, and learned what actually kills people.
As Trainer/Assessor on Inpex (Ichthys LNG) for 4 years and Training Manager on WGTP for 7 years, he built and delivered training programs that didn't just tick compliance boxes — they changed how people worked. He changed WorkSafe policy on mandatory PPE in MEWPs, which is now standard across WGTP and SRL projects.
